MEF believe that access to medical equipment and supplies is a fundamental component of Health Systems, but not everyone has access to the medical aid they need because of its cost. That’s why we have started a project in the name of ReMed Aid. Under this we are dedicated to collect and distribute used or new medical equipment to those who need it most.
Project ReMed Aid can make a significant impact in someone’s life. Whether it’s a wheelchair, crutches, cot, walker or even a simple equipment can help someone in need. That’s why we are asking you to donate your gently used or new medical equipment to the project ReMed Aid, instead of dumbing it. Your donation towards ReMed Aid can help improve someone’s quality of life and give them the independence they need. People from all walks of life can benefit from donated medical equipment.
Whether it’s an elderly person who needs a walker to maintain their independence, a child with a chronic condition who needs a special bed, wheelchair that allows a person to regain their mobility or a nebulizer for one who suffer from breathing difficulties, your donated medical equipment can make a real difference. We work closely with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other organizations to distribute donated medical equipment to those who need it most. But also we provide assistance to individuals and families who are struggling to access the medical equipment they need. Wanted for volunteers to help with various tasks, from picking up and delivering equipment to sorting and organizing donations.
